The new employee checklist is a resource to help departments and units through the hiring process once a candidate is selected. The checklist is intended for permanent employees only.

This is a fillable PDF form and can be saved by department staff for use throughout the onboarding process.
New Employee Checklist Process Map
This is a PDF showing the work flow for each item on the checklist. This will provide a reference on how each process works for anyone involved.
Departing Employee Checklist
A departing employee checklist will be ready for review in the near future. Many of the processes on that checklist will reference items on the new employee checklist.
